Give Us a Year
Let’s discover and pursue God’s mission as expressed through your church
Let’s partner together for a Pinnacle One year
A faithful companion
A faith-dialogue partner
A movement-facilitator
A congregational coach
Sometimes an informed voice, a spiritual guide from outside our church, can help accelerate our movement toward becoming greater expressions of the body of Christ while living into our mission.
This is the heart of a Pinnacle One year.
More churches, along with their leaders, are recognizing their need for transformation given the extreme volatility of our world. Though traditional forms of visioning, planning, or renewal may have been helpful in the past, now we need very personalized and contextualized processes for missional movement.
Given our current situation, Pinnacle is forming partnerships with churches for a year at a time, starting your year at any time during any year. This gives us opportunity to dive deep, to really know your congregation with its identity and aspirations. We can make strong progress over the course of a year—engaging, learning, growing together in mission and ministry.
Some churches simply want a trusted spiritual guide to walk alongside them throughout the year. Their Pinnacle One Partnership may include coaching for their pastor along with two in person consultation visits during the year. Other churches are looking for more specific assistance designed with their aspirations in mind. The following describes situations where Pinnacle One is a great choice, plus sample partnerships.

Designing Our Partnership
Since every church is different, existing in its own context with various gifts and graces, each needs a personalized, unique process for becoming a greater expression of the body of Christ.
When your church partners with Pinnacle, you will be connected with your primary Pinnacle Coach, while also having access to the entire Pinnacle Team. Your Coach will dedicate time and energy to you, making your church priority during your Pinnacle One year. At the same time, you and your Coach will draw on the expertise of the Pinnacle Team in various ways. This is how we form our partnership:
Learning Session(s)
After initial conversations about your needs, the most fitting Pinnacle congregational coach completes a learning session with your leadership (typically online meeting). The purpose here is to learn as much as possible about your church, along with its needs and aspirations. We meet as many times as are needed to gather a sound picture of your church which equips Pinnacle to design a draft of our partnership guide.
Designing Your Pinnacle One Partnership Guide
Your Coach crafts the first draft of this year’s activities, presenting this draft to the Pinnacle Team for review and strengthening. When our copy is ready, your coach presents this working draft to your church’s leadership for reviewing, refining, and affirming. This becomes your Pinnacle One Partnership Guide, giving direction to the year’s activities.
Formalizing Pinnacle One
When your church and Pinnacle sign our partnership guide, then we are off and running.
Engaging
We then pursue the activities described in our partnership guide.
Celebrating and Visioning
Toward the completion of our partnership year, we review and celebrate progress while also considering what your church needs next to continue its missional movement.
