We don’t provide interim pastors, yet we serve as interim consultants alongside interim pastors, helping churches strengthen their identity, discern their near future, and prepare for new pastoral leadership. Though there are key developmental items which most churches address during their interim transition, our Consulting is uniquely designed to meet the needs of each congregation. Our proactive process offers a clear approach while adapting to your congregation’s particular needs.
Coaching for Interim/Transition Pastors
Our coaching is tailored for each Interim/Transition Pastor to help them best serve their church. We are able to work with the Pastor from start to finish, or at various stages of the Interim journey.
Training For Interim Pastors and Congregations
Our webinars and workshops help with the basic nuts and bolts of this calling. We offer these online and in-person.
