Join other pastors, church staff, lay leaders, and the generally curious for a day focused on two outcomes:

First, learn about the Modern to Postmodern shift in our larger world, followed by three life giving shifts rising up in the Church in response: Member Identity to Disciple Identity, Attractional Church to Missional Church, Consumer Church Culture to Sacred Partnering. Participants will come away from this experience with actionable direction in leading churches toward faithfulness and relevance in this 21st century context.

Second, participants will preview Pinnacle’s Making The Shift Process: one year of working with Pinnacle Leadership plus a group of other churches in a Community Of Practice from your community.
