Rev. Dr. Rhonda Abbott Blevins is the senior pastor of the interdenominational Chapel by the Sea in Clearwater Beach, Florida. Blevins earned her Doctor of Ministry from McAfee School of Theology at Mercer University, and has served as a denominational executive, an associate pastor, and campus minister. She lives in Palm Harbor, Florida with her husband, Terry, and their two boys.
