Want to be a better leader? This course introduces the role of Social and Emotional Intelligence and the opportunity to experience a group coaching experience with SEIP.  Leaders with social and emotional intelligence have improved relationships, communicate more effectively, deal with conflict appropriately, and build trust in their teams and organizations. 

Each participant will complete the Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile® online.  Summit Coach Training students will receive 8 hours toward the ACC credential.

The $275 fee for this group includes the cost of the profile.  Deposit of $150 holds your place.
