My goal as a coach is to help a client discover her or his growing edge and to live into it. Each of us is a unique individual gifted by God to grow into the person God has called us to be. My emphasis is on helping leaders to become effective and productive contributors in their settings. I hold a credential with the International Coaching Federation and have provided over 1,000 hours of coaching to over 50 clients.
Ircel Harrison is an ACC credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Life Coach with the Professional Christian Coaching Institute. He has over 1000 hours of experience coaching individuals and groups in several settings. He is Associate Supplemental Professor of Missional Theology for Central Seminary (Shawnee, KS) and has taught coaching classes there. Ircel is certified to administer several assessments, including the Peoplemap, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Disc Personality Profile, the Innovator’s DNA Assessment, and the Social+Emotional Intelligence Profile.
Ircel is co-author (with Mark Tidsworth) of Disciple Development Coaching©, author of The Coaching Leader: Coaching Groups and Teams, and a frequent contributor to Christian Coaching Magazine. He is an affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching and a member of International Coaching Federation.
Ircel serves as Program Manager for Summit Coach Training from Pinnacle Leadership Associates.
When not teaching or coaching, Ircel spends wonderful times with grandchildren, reads, walks the neighborhood, and supports Nashville SC soccer.

What are the challenges you face as a leader? Coaching provides an opportunity to enter a safe space to gain a new perspective, assess your own resources, design a way forward and begin that process of growth. ACC-Certified Coach Ircel Harrison will walk with you on that journey.
The standard fee for coaching is $200 per month with at least one, one-hour session each month and short check-in opportunities. With this six-month contract, the fee is $1,000 which can be paid in two segments.
